they have a monopoly on the power and think they should charge what they want it is way out of hand!!!!!!!

My power bill was almost $500 for last month. As everyone knows it's been a mild winter. I hardly used my heat, and keep my breakers turned off for everything I can I'm not using. I live in a small 2 bedroom trailer. There's no way I used that amount of electricity!

You are a public company, we did not ask you to shut the coal side down and move to natural gas, so explain why we must pay for this retirement of equipment, I wish I could pass on to my customers the cost of materials that I need to run my business, it should have shown up on your balance sheet, and you should have a loss, that would have impacted your bottom line, and would have effected your stock price, not to be passed on to your customers, but all you do is passed on to us, I just wished we could all do that, if you make a mistake why worry, it's not going to hurt your bottom line, we can't just go down the street and pick another provider,

ME Myself I have two different Accounts. Mine and my parents. So when I get hit with a 500 bill and so does my parents thats the same amount of our rent so its either have power or a place to live. We lived In Georgetown and the power bills never got this high nor did we pay all these extra taxes. Not to mention %00 for a connection fee on top of these bills. People are on fixed incomes in Eastern Kentucky and the ones who are lucky enough to have a job cant afford to pay for these kinds of cost. Something has to be done this isnt a luxury this is a must. People need power to survive for heat.

This right down dirty i work every day and not at home untill 10pm and my bill is 374.00 i dont think so you people are going to keep it up and half of louisa won't pay there Bill then what are you going to do i cant pay this and all my other Bills in a month time

Absolutely agree that they abuse customers, charged me a huge deposit after 18 yrs with them without ever being disconnected, then disconnected my service until I paid that deposit!!!!

This is so out of hand, we live on Social Security and it is coming down to eating or paying these high electric bills what are people suppose to do? Some of the charges are just plain unacceptable. Why are the bills so high with such a mild winter?

My bill raised over $100 last month for absolutely no reason. One of the warmest winters we have have had in many years and the largest electricity bill I have ever paid makes zero sense!

Over $80 dollars in taxes and fees plus taxes and fees on an outside pole light is terrible. One person lives here-- 2 year old heat pump plus a new dryer; laundry- once a week; full meal preparation-sometimes twice a week---the point is one person on retirement limited income cannot sustain the burden long before choosing to be cold.
