I'm glad that someone started this petition and saved me the time. My bill has an average of 100.00 in riders each month. That is a full 1/3 of my monthly bill!

Rates are ridiculous and all their "extra fees are horrible". I can't afford any retirement for myself but I have to pay towards someone else's retirement????? That is just wrong!!! I could spend those few extra dollars each month on food for my kids!!!!

EVERYONES electric bill including mine has jumped almost 100 percent the last two months and I have gas heat ! This is ridiculous ! It has to stop !!!!!!!

Absolutely no reason to have all these extra charges added to the actual electric used. Just moved into an apartment in January 2017. My first bill was $40.00 for 7 days. $15.00 was extra added charges. Stop this greed. Stop paying your employees such high wages so the customers don't suffer. No way is this right. You guys and gals take less pay and see how that works out.

somethin needs to be done my bill this month doubled it is goin to take my whole payday almost to pay it there is no sense in us havin to pay these outrageous prices for power. half of of the county that i live in is serviced through aep and the other half is serviced through big sandy recc when i use to live where i received recc power my bill wasnt ever over 150.00 a month. and you got a quick response on power outages. since ive lived where i am now i dont ever see a power bill under 300 a month during the winter months and the summer months my power bill reaches almost 200 a month and we hardly use any power at all. i honestly think its price gouging just to line their pockets. its extremely hard me when my income is the only income we have for a household of 5 people

Please reduce your rates and fees on the switch from coal to gas . This area is suffering from huge job losses . Our next move is to apply for solar companies to provide technology to this area to reduce our energy cost with AEP and there will be a huge movement for that in The grassroots
