My bill has never been this high and those charges for things I have no ideal what they are. Taxes up on taxes. something has got to give. thank you.

How can a customer's bill double from one month to another when the weather was as mild as the previous month and nothing changed during the month to cause the electric to go up that much. All those extra fees don't help either. Ridiculous!!

I have to use the budget plan just so I can afford to pay but during the winter that bill doubles anyway, by the time my anniversary month comes along I still owe 400$
