I've never had a problem with AEP but this is crazy people can't pay ECT bills like there doing right now.we need to go back to coal if that is the problem

Stop abusing ur damn customers, it's just not right we don't have a choice aep is it here in southeastern ky. And they know they can charge whatever and ppl will have to pay it if they want electric. Stop it treat others like as if it was u....damn it's very high "and theirs no need for the price gauging....

Something needs to happen. You shouldn't have to choose between medicine and staying warm. So many people in this area barely make any money as it is.

out of control every family is suffering from the abusing. I got a deposit in November they said it was because I was late on my payments .they are paid every month have been paid since 1971.but I guess I along with everyone else now are having to have a security.for aep.plus the bill are tripple.if there is something someone can do about this to help all the people suffering to try to pay just the Cumberland.plant charges .we the people are having to pay for the conversion from coal to Gas. It is sad .what the aep is doing to all of us

I know many families who are being treated unfairly by this company. It's a disgrace and most likely illegal on how they determine pricing and billing to their customers. These hard working families can not afford to be overbilled for their utility cost.

Our thermostat is set on 68 all the time. Our bill was this high last year AEP inspector came out we made all the repairs and now this year its the same ole thing. Next month it will be over $700. It was last year in February. There's no way our bill should be that high. We even had a new heat pump put in last year. Someone nexts to do something about treating people like this.

Hell the shut the company down that worked for. Nobody sends me money or do they add a tax to pay my retirement... the big sandy retirement fund on my electric bill is a freaking JOKE

I think it's rediculius the power bills are so high in the winter and lower in the summer. Something is wrong there.

I was gone for 11 days with the thermostat turned to 60 during this time. I have a wood burner and it runs 18 hours a day and my bill is 451.00. This is Bull.
