There's no way our bill should be this high how you'll just guess how much we use something has to change or alot of people will freeze to death because they cant afford heat

The poorest region in the U.S. can't afford these rates. Lots of people trying to survive on a fixed income living in mobile homes with electric heat only. No gas heat available in a lot of rural areas.

I have 2 kids how is someone supposed to pay a dang 800 dollar electric bill when we're never even HOME for it to be that high!!!!!

The charges have increased dramatically especially since all the meters were changed. It''s a disgrace the way you rip off the consumers

Last year around this time we had a $646 electric bill for a 3 bedroom trailer! Which is completely ridiculous!

My electric bill went from 280 to 401 nothing changed, the weather wasn't even as cold as the previous month. The month before my tree and lights stayed on constantly!

Completely ridiculous!! We r helpless against this company. They have us in the corner and we either have to pay or go without electricity. We are being took advantage of and it's way out of control. By the time the "real" winter months get here and it actually gets COLD, the bills will be even worse.
