My power bill was 770.00. Aside from what they claimed what power I used they added 200.00 in fees that ridiculous! My son is extremely sick with Chrons disease & draws 1000.00 a month. We need attention to this nightmare !!!

It's crazy that I've grown up thinking that this is normal and ok until you reach out and hear from others all over the place that say they have never had a power bill over 150 bucks!! These prices are absurd and luckily so far I've been blessed enough to always scrape up enough to keep my power on but we can't handle much more

The fact that AEP can charge its customers whatever it wants due to lack of competition is pathetic. It's time to stop this.

My bill randomly doubled, & I don't even heat with electric. There was no reason other then unknown charges on my bill.

It is getting ridiculous. I lived in western ky and the power bills aren't nearly as high because their is a couple power plants around there

Ridiculous! AEP just charges people what they want to. We put in a wood burning stove and turned heat off for 25 days and my bill only went down $4.00!! Explain that.

I think the way they are doing their customers in southeastern Kentucky speaks volumes about them. It's a shame that we have no other electric source. They shut the coal jobs down by changing to gas and they are charging the same people that they took the jobs from to make the change!

This is unfair. My family an I struggle every month to pay our electricity. An do without a lot of things in order to pay. This community isn't doing good with jobs our economy is really suffering. How do we do it month to month without jobs?
