My friend is Being charged 400 a month without even being home staying in the hospital
With her husband who is in bad shape. No eletric is being used ! Ita time they can't charge what they want to to anyone

My power bill was $480. Its never been over $200 in the winter becasue we heat with natural gas plus my heat doesnt go above 65 in the winter. Power companies are allowed to have monoplies and its infar to the consummer.

This is my first time with them and my first bill was 180$ heat on 72 so we put heat down on 70 next bill was 318 crazy

The cost of power is crazy. I know there no way that we use that much when I or my husband don't use it.... The cost needs to go down bad like. Ive got small children n there time I can't buy what they for payin a high light bill

My bill should not be charged for all those extra charges such as big Sandy retirement ,envitrdomental adj.,and all those other fees that we can not afford causing my bill to be 140.00 more than my actual amount of power used.

We heat with a wood fireplace and are gone away from home a lot and don't use as much power. Why is my power bill going up exactly 100.00 and a lot of my neighbors have stated that theirs had went up approximately the same amount.

I am fed up with climbing bills. Why should I pay for your retirement? You aren't paying for mine. Why does my bill always go up in winter when I do not heat or cook with electric nor do I decorate for Christmas anymore because of your outrageous charges. I do not think it is fair to charge your customers for your improvements.

I have redone our home with new window and doors and my bills is higher than last year when we had snow and we. Have to turn our heat down because the house is warmer.

This company has gotten ridiculous & being on a budget fixed income isn't helping these bills either!! The customer service are beyond rude & certainly don't care to parade into your financial business!! Each time I call I'm always told these exact words "because your in the state of KY I'm unable to work with your billing"!! Even though No disconnect..
