The outrageous fees/taxes make our bills $120-$250!! Why should we have to pay for the demolition of a powerPlant or for the upgrade on another power plant??
KU prices are nowhere near what AEP Users pay!!! WHY??

My bill has doubles this month my electrics been barely on my furnace off using kerosene for heat my bill over 600 dollars. Something is wrong here. Fees are ridiculous all these retirement fees rider fee etc. don't no how much longer people can survive

It's absolutely ridiculous. We leave every electrical thing unplugged and off when we aren't using it or not home yet we still have a $450+ bill! It's crazy!

Its ridiculous!!! I called them because my bill went from $186 last month to $377 this month and we have been using our propane heater!!! Also called Public Service Commission and that was a joke too!!! I can't afford these bills!! I was just diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and not working now. Just don't know what to do!

The power bill has gotten out of hand, my Power bill used to run 50.00 it now runs over a 100.00 a month. To beat it all we don't have a heatpump we have a wood burning stove. we have cut back on laundry,shower, lighting everything we know to do and our power bill is still high. Every since they put the new meters in it just keeps climbing higher. Something has to be done.

We have ask for help for months, as our bill climbed each month. We haven't even had a bad winter. My bill this month 800.59. Something has to be done to stop this attack on eastern Kentucky

I'm sick of AEP and its prices. Robbing the hard working people of Southeastern Kentucky and their hard earned money. There should be more options for power and AEP should be shut down and sued for their crimes

I have sit watch mine double in one month for no reason not a thing used more or less. The prices keep going up and the people have no choice but to pay it. It's unfair!
