This is the highest bill i have ever had so far. It went from high to double now it has tripled in the last three months. We have not used anything different. Everytime i called and i talked to someone they gave me a different reason.

I live in a single wide trailer. Not much space at all. My electric bill is nearly 500 every single month. It's ridiculous, and such a monopoly needs to be stopped.

My old place had all elec everything transferred to new place with gas water heater Gas heat and gas cooking stove My bill in summer with air all the time. Price: 123.00 Winter last bill was 443.00 Now could someone tell me what's up

This is awful taking away from family's that need the money To buy food & gas but yet have to pay extra on an electric bill. Their is no way we used the amount we were charged!!! This is the first time my bill has been this high & we haven't even had a bad cold spell !!! So you tell me who how you can get away with robbing so many family's

Because there isn't another company for us in this area they continue to add bogus charges and increase rates. Very unjust.

I did not use any electric heat AT ALL for the dates between 12/15/16-1/15/17. Thinking I would save a lot of money, instead I got billed $4 less than using electric heat all month long. I think its kind of ridiculous considering the fact that I paid over $150 in kerosene to save money on the electric bill, turns out I didn't save much. There's no way!!
