the extra charges on the bills are what make them so outrageous. my actual usage is usually a fairly decent amount. why can't we just pay for what we actually USE?

Our electric bill has gone high, this is ridiculous, our electric was off 3 times in 1 week in January and our bill is still high, even turned down the heat lower this winter than last and its STILL HIGH

Bills be outrageous and they send you a bill then two days later you getting a termination notice...then once bill is paid you get another outrageous bill...I'm sure im not the only one

when we switched to all led bulbs in the house, sealed all windows with plastic, put a timer on the hot water heater, raised the refrigerator temp, lowered the heat temp in the house and our bill more than doubles something has to give

I am tired of seeing my electric bill go up and up. This time last year my electric bill was 115.00 and now it is almost $300 a month and I don't use any additional power. My temperature is set the same in my home, but oddly the bill just keeps going up and up. I have no idea how people who work for a living are supposed to pay these continually rising fees for electric. I would love to see them held accountable. Enough is enough.

My bill was more $100.00 more in January. I live alone and after your inspection fixed everything. I had my heat turned off on days it was in the 60s. This is just outrageous to take advantage of us in this way.
