AEP has been raising prices for years. I feel that it is due to the fact, they have no competition. When will this end?? It needs to stop.

Why do we have to pay out of our pockets for them to give grants (economic development)? They get all of the credit and the consumer eats all of the cost.

Please stop AEP from robbing the poor , I owe 1,000 for 2 months , I stay a month behind because I can't pay two it's getting hard to pay one . Please help us

Our electric bill doubled. Along with several other people I know. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done about it!

They expect us to pay for a service every month. The least they should do is read the meters every month. The adjustments are just as high as the power bill

My house went from 280.00 to 526.00 I cannot afford this.I had an empty apartment with no heat on and the bill was 104.00 now explain this.

Electric bill continues to go up and my house in Kentucky is empty we moved to North Carolina 3 months ago only thing on in the home is heat set at 58 to keep the pipes from freezing this winter still the bill is 243.00 I was on a budget plan and it went up to over 260.00
I dropped the budget paid out the overages and started being charged for monthly usage and it's still 240.00 +. No way this is possible and should be allowed to go on

Yrs I have new heat pump new home I know my electric bills not $567 dollars and I have to keep my termagant on 69 I stay cold and wash a load if clothes s week there's no possible way plus they never did come up with my 900 dollar deposit when I moved them made me pay another deposit them oweing me how do you poor people like that I see why people's going of grind I would to if I was able thanks Jenny mills

Please reduce the overcharges for AEP customers. We cannot afford to heat our homes but the officials of AEP are making an exorbitant profit.
