Absolutely support this!! I couldn't keep my $1,400 electric bills paid before the due date, but paid before my disconnect and they decided adding $600 to my bill would help me out with that..... It's absolutely rediculous!! We decided to get a wood burner and never touch electric heat again, and guess how much we saved on our electric bill? $2!!! $2!!! Something is major wrong with that.... for 3 months regardless of how we heat our electric has been .02 kilowatts from being exact every month... 1st month only electric heat...2nd month 15 days electric heat....3rd month not one single second..... saved us $2!!! How? How is this possible to continue to pay $500 a month for electric.... go to heap they said.... heap told me to quit my job so they can help me it'd be beneficial to just sit home and ride the system.... it seriously shouldn't have to be this way!!!!!!!

They charge late charges , even if you pay on the last day due . They are the only company I know that charges to pay if you call in your payment. They are overcharging for there services.

My bill went from 217.00 to 335.00 we have made no adjustments to the heat what so ever!

I don't even have electric heat. We took 4 air conditioners out of the windows and later used a small space heater. That was there reasoning that our bill increased over $100 for a month. Price gouging should be illegal no matter how it's done! It's a shame! AEP should be ashamed.....

We as customers should not have to take out loans to pay our monthly electric bills. I have 5 accounts with your company. 4 of those accounts for my small mom and pop business. It's ridiculous what my monthly bill from AEP is for my business. The economy in eastern ky is horriable and my business can no longer survive when your Electric company thinks they can destroy us with outlandish charges to the bill each month.

IM SICK OF PAYING YOUR HIGH ASS ELECTRIC BILLS !!!ITS GETTING RIDICULOUS WHEN YOUR ELECTRIC BILL IS HIGHER THAN YOUR CAR OR HOUSE PAYMENTS!!! And then when you try to make an arrangement but get denied bc you left 5 dollars off your last bill ??!!! Wow!
