My electric bill raises every month.i am on a fixed income and have other bills to pay and groceries to buy.

People who work are gone all day and only home of the evening and this time last year mine was 900 dollars dread getting it this time according to everybody else's

For one thing I don't understand all the taxes and extra fees y should we have to pay for all this extra stuff when u call and ask about it they don't know y ur being charged

I think it's ridiculous they have a monopoly on us. It's time our government worked for us and helped put a stop to this.

It is a shame that we continuously have increased bills. $138.00 in the month of January is charges on my bill that do not pertain to my electric. And why our we held responsible for paying your employees retirement. You should be responsible for your employees, Not the citizens in Eastern KY. Definitely make adequate amounts of money to do so. Every time it snows, thunderstorms, and just over grown plants the power is out for days. Looks to me you should me holding companies like Asplundh accountable for their lack of work. Not us, the citizens in Eastern KY!!!

The electricity bill is way to high I don't mind paying for what I use but I don't want to pay for ur upgrade being done. I'm in need of a roof on my house I think u should have to pay for my new upgraded roof so I can keep using ur electric....... if I didn't have to pay for ur upgrade then I could do my own roof .......

My electric bill doubled over the last few month. I am living on a part time income with a disabled wife and a child. Half on my bill was nothing but taxes and fees for companies. Sandy riders plants. Obamas laws. This is ridiculous. Struggling families don't stand a chance if something isn't done.

AEP IS COMPLETELY OUT CONTROL!! My house WAS just INSULATED giving me a bill of$113.00 something like that then the next month it's 300 no way so then they add a deposit of 2 hundred or more. If we can't pay ur high bill then how r we supposed to pay a deposit!! I truly hope u go look at these high bills. Something needs done right away!!!

It's a shame and a discrace of how ppl r being expected to pay 4 5 600 power bills and on fixed incomes. This has to stop. We use kerosene nonstop to keep it down and bill was 400 last month in small two bedroom trailer. It just don't add up

Every Dec and Jan no matter if you don't cook if you don't put up Christmas lights our power bill jump 2 sometimes 3 times in price I wonder if it's where they do the heating program to people needing help on the Eletric bills people on a fixed income can't afford this Even a working person can't afford this we need someone to come in and investigate I feel we are being over charged they know we have to pay our power bills but after we do that leaves no money for food for our kids meds
