I'm tired of paying extra charges. This month the charges were $100.00 more added to my bill! Why?

Over charged! Didn't even use much. Leave at 70 all the time. It's been so warm, the heat hardly even kicks on! Something is wrong!

I live in crum wv. My bill jumped from 108.00 last month to 497.80 this month. My husband is laid off I work but o make just enough to scrape by.

Have had 3 different electric companys where we have moved alot. Have settled down finally which so happens to be in an area that uses aep. "Highest bills ever!!" I know its different homes and apartments but still how do you go from 150 -200 and even a 300 $ once electric bills to now having aep and its 400- 500 and seems to just be getting worse. My buddy in san-fran Ca said his electric bill is 50$ haha

I'm on a fixed income and my husband can't work because he just got done with chemo for colon cancer .How do they expect anyone to pay what they are charges these days . In the last 3 months my bill has gone from a little over 200.00 to almost 600.00 and it hasn't even been that cold yet . I struggle now to get meds and put food on the table .Shame on you AEP

They are out of hand how do they expect people to live it's a struggle we ask ourselves are we gonna pay the electric bill or buy grocerys this month. Come on people it's getting out of hand.

My bill went up $100 for no reason I called AEP and all they could say was it's colder out side I have a stoker set on a timer so even if it is colder it kicks on no more no less try again AEP.

I think our power bills has gotten way out of control there just no way for family's like mine and other to make it living on a fixed income
