It's sad when ur electric bill is more than rent and it takes one paycheck to pay it. Something needs to be done to stop over charging people.

My "rate billing" was $285.84. After all the taxes, riders, adjustments etc. was added, I had to pay $394.61, which was up from total amount paid for November by $190.26. This is insane...how do they get by with this type of thievery?

I have never experienced such a travesty as aep assault on people who live on a fixed income. 56.00 dollars of useless charges that I have to pay each month

Something needs to be done about AEP! They are charging people way too much! Working people cant afford what Aep is charging. And what are People on a fixed income, like my grandmother, what are they suppose to do? Please put a stop to AEP!

I'm a single mother paying the bills alone is already a struggle. AEP is robbing me of my heard earned money. I'm simply trying to keep my child warm, they are abusing their costumers.

Bill went from 122.46 to 389.14 in one month that's crazy and the last couple months they have been putting big sandy retirement and other things on our bill

My 84 y/o Dad just got a $386.00 electric bill for a single-wide mobile home that he keeps around 65 degrees. RIDICULOUS!

Single, 4o+ hrs. at work each week, stove and refrigerator unplugged, extra rooms shut of, temperature on 69 with a mild winter...... $265, please justify that.
