We cannot afford all of you extra surcharges. We the people should not have to pay some of the things you are making us pay.

My electric bill went from 189$ to 356$ in 1 month. It takes me almost 2 weeks to make 356$, so I guess they will either set me up on payments or cut it off. Shame on you AEP!

These rates are completely rediculous!!! Thank God it's not been really cold outside or I'd be without electric due to not being able to pay my bill!!!! My bill has doubled since this time last year when it was 0 degrees out!! Time for a whole house generated!! Gas is cheaper!!

I have received bills for 400 dollars recently how can a small family use 400 dollars worth of electric I say everyone that signs goes to the psc together and let your voice be heard by the hurnders

I have been using my gas heater and not even had the heat pump on and bio is still going up.

I own a home in letcher co. No one has stayed in this home for over 5 months, the only electric running to the house is the heat all other breaker have been shut down and the heat is set on 58. With the warm temps I've gotten decent bills of approx 50, until now- my bill has went up over $150. Now how is that possible when there's no electric being used!!! Fed up with the price gouging every year I'm afraid to see the next bill

Big Sandy conversion and retirement charges are absurd. The conversion was a company decision that put people of our area out of work, and now you charge those same people for your decision. Furthermore the fuel surcharge is ridiculous. If it's a fuel fluctuation charge based on cost, then why does it not go away when cost disappear. Bills are out of control because of lack of competition.

My husband is on uneployment. How can we pay 500 power bills
I am gone at my job,and dont cook here and it still comes in that high ! .how can that be? And the power bill is more then i make.
The power company has destroyed the people of kentucky.

In the winter my bill has gone as high as $800 a month! it averages at least $550 a month during the winter months. Our house is only 2000 square feet. It's absurd. Even when we heated by only wood heat they charged us $550 a month.
