AEP has a monopoly on electricity in Eastern Kentucky and no competition. They charge outrageous prices. Electric bills keeping go up. My bill jumped $150 last month and we only had 3 cold days and nights. Something needs to be done!!

We the working people are tired of paying so much for electricity . That we don't use. You all just want to charge so so much for it. To fill your pockets with money your taking away from good hard working Americans and especially paying for other people's retirement.

My electric keeps going up and up I live in a small monthly income can not pay a $553.00 electric bill and why am I paying for workers retirement and a lot of others cost. This is ridiculous bills being so high since December mine keeps going up .

While not having moved into our new home, our first bill was $7, however $6 of that was taxes which is absurd. All of the fees and taxes are ridiculous, have yet to get out second bill and we're very concerned

The fact that one of the most necessary things we all need costs more than what a lot of people make in our part of the state is pure greed and shows how power (no pun intended) of the rich seeks to hurt the poor.

Bill went from a high last month of 316 to 466 this month. Had over 120 dollars in extra charges.

Thank you AEP, for raising my power bill $300 in the last 2 months, even though I'm rarely home and even though this "winter" hasn't been that cold at all. How awesome of you. I love that I have to go without food some days and have to allow other important bills to get behind just because you want to abuse your customers.
