My bill was 110 higher then it had ever been I never had Christmas lights or decorations or did anything different then I ever do my house is 2 years old with all energy eficent appliances and led lighting

I have a really good job and still struggle to pay my bill and cannot imagine how hard it must be on people with fixed incomes to pay these ever rising power bills. Something has to stop like AEP's greed and disregard of hurting the very people they serve.

Legaized thieves. All of this supposedly voted on by the public service commission, who is comprised of people not even from eastern ky. and have other choices for power. Shameful

The hikes in our bill is ridiculous! We have gas heat and a baseboard electric heater that we haven't even used! Shame on you!!!!

This company is charging it's customers for things that have nothing to do with our electric and we have no recouse because it is the only power company we have to choose from or we would use another company so in a way we are being forced to pay it because we have no choice.

These rates keep going up and up and also we are being charged for the Big Sandy retirement rider..I cant even afford to put back anything for my own retirement, environmental adjustment is also an added charge and we shouldnt be held accountable because they upgrade their equipment,

I am in a wheelchair and don't use no heat whatsoever or cook. All my meals are microwave or fruit or just cereal. I only wash two loads of clothes ever two weeks and sleep under multiple layers of blankets and quilts. No way should my power bill should been what it was this month . Just ridiculous. I live on fixed income and it's getting to were I'm gonna have to choose between eating or having a place to live or paying to have electric. Something needs to be done. Why should we pay for a power plant or workers retirement funds when they aren't helping us any. They are killing us.
