I've been charge a deposit on my account was not shut off. The charge 160.00 to my account and I'm barely paying my bills trying to get check up since the flood.

These bills are way to high for the average family to pay let alone the families that are more needy than myself. Someone needs to put a stop to this abuse here in Eastern Kentucky.

I live on a fixed income and they bills are getting so high i either pay the power bill or eat this is a prime example of a monopoly we have no choice or any other providers to choose from. Power should be like phones and tv we need more choices

My bill is over $500 this month and over $150 is nothing but taxes. I have one tax that has been $14 one month and $50 the next month.

my bill was 258 dollars,and when they added all those
charges it was 368 dollars.people like me who is on a set income small at that canot pay this stuff.

The power bill we received this month was 484.00 with all these add on charges and i noticed even a retirement listed that we are paying on this is ridiculous. We pay them enough without them breaking the people to pay their retirement. I have talked to people who has a one month bill as much as 800.00 how do they expect people to survive?

Bills are so high it takes half of our monthly income to pay them. We burn wood! If it were affordable enough would go solar.

The price of our electric bill is 1 whole paycheck plus some of the other for the month! Not counting any other bills or living expenses, AEP has caused us to move out of our home and back in with my grandparents because of how unaffordable they have become. It's a shame.

My electric bill is always ridiculous in the winter time. I am scared to death of what my next bill will be. Don't know what kind of bogus charges of fees there will be put on there.

Turn the breakers to ur hot water heater , stove ,washer and dryer when not in use it helps save alot and not just let them make money. Off you just because it's pluged in
