We constantly have outages, they bill 33 days a month so we pay for an extra month if electricity every year, they leave a mess if they send a crew out, they are outrageous.

My bill went up $60 in one month and I did nothing different. Ridiculous!

Our electric bill went from 170. Something to 428. This month!And it hasn't been that cold seems like they go sky-high every year around the time heat assistance is given out. I'm not eligible so I have to pay it or sit in the dark I work 40 hours a week plus still have a hard time when I get bills like this and I know it's going to get to at least 600. A month before winters over

I don't understand why we have to pay to build a new power plant for them when they make record profits each year! They should have to build us a new house upgraded to use less power. Why are we having to buy a power plant that they already own I WVa?

Ridiculous, I'm 64 yr old widower on oxygen my poer bill for 2 months was over770 i don't draw enough to pay that kind of bill so they cut it off. I gave copd and asthma they don't care.

We are in southern Ohio, but our bills are outrageous along with outages at least once per month! My family has a brick home with newer windows and is 1392 sq ft... there is no way we use $400-$500 a month!

I think it's ridiculous the price I pay for electricity. With prices going up the way they are it's making meeting my bills each month more difficult and I work a full time job making decent wages.

The power companies are out of control. . Elderly people and ones on fixed income are in need of help . The power co AEP can add on your bill without your permission or without giving you any kind of notice of an increase to your bill . They know we can't survive without heat and lights.

Well I agree the hikes are uncalled for and rediculous, but I am getting new service hooked up now and didn't have to pay a $600 deposit ... they only charged me $240 ... but EVERYONE is talking about how bad they dread opening the power bill this month ... ppl away from here aren't subjected to this garbage ... a 3 story house in Carolina in under $300 month all year long ... a close friend of the families daughter told him it never exceeds that even in the coldest months of winter ... I truly don't understand how they can legally charge what they do !!
