Something has to be done. Regulations need to be in place for this company who is a monopoly bc they control the market. Absolutely unfair to us all!

The price gouging to customers in Southeast, Kentucky needs to stop. We are not the individuals that chose to do away with the power plant and the customers and single parents who struggle to pay the already over charged utility bills and now expected to pay felonious fees Its pathetic.,

How in the he'll does an electric bill jump from 185 to 301 this is ridiculous. I livery on a utility allowance it already don't pay my whole electric bill. Now I got people like u ape just taking all u can from me and my two kids. U all only care for yourselves.

They done me the same way charged me 600 deposit and my power was never cut off and when I call n complain all I got was we do that to everybody

I got a notice in the mail yesterday saying i was being charged a $141.00 for a deposit after more than a year .I paid a 300.00 deposit when i got service connected now they say its because i am no longer a secured client as if someone else was signed as a co applicant ,i explained that i have never had anyone to secure my account but it didnt matter they are still charging me this additional deposit . Needless to say its screwed up .

Absolutely crazy for them to do people like that the economy is so bad from all the coal mines shutting down times are getting tough and the rich don't care about the poor
