Over charging your customers is only accomplishing one goal, and that is moving. So ultimately if you continue you are going to loose customers.

They charge out the butt for elec. Bad thing is we have no choice but to pay it or be in the dark.us ppl working minimum wage cant afford to live because we cant pay our rent or buy food or even pay our water bill because we have to pay a $700 elec bill.

I've used considerably less electricity but my bill is somehow almost triple what it was a month ago! Uncalled for!

Over $100 just in fees. $600-$700electric bills when people in lexingtons bill are under $300. Somethings not right

Same amount of usage but yet the bills continue to rise based on what month we r in not what the temperature is or useage used!

Yes! My electric bill is ridiculous, and it's time for something to change, and we even heat with wood, it's been crazy to try to keep it paid

My bill in a 3 month span was $200, $280, then up to over $500. I thought the first one was a jump the next month scared me.

something has got to be done about the amount AEP charges for electricity, taken full advantage of the good people in southeastern KY as we already struggle, shame on you

They add all kinds of charges on our bill. Even a retirement charge. Who's retirement are we paying for it sure ain't ours. For December they said our average temperature was 30 degrees. I had my doors open and fans on during Christmas. They charge what they want to charge cause they know people have to pay it. There's no one home during the day at my house and it still says I used more electricity this year than last. It's a joke

This is absolutely ridiculous how they are taking advantage of everyone:.They know we need it and will have to pay it or be in the dark!! Disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves!!
