The fees are getting ridiculous! They offer all of these suggestions to lower your electric bill and save electricity, then tack on fees that double your bill. You can not win.

Mine keeps getting higher as well great job aep putting that extra dollar in your pocket so people that actually have to work can struggle

They keep our bills so high that we can never get them paid ... I was Charged for a new deposit 3 times when they crossed my address with someone else and shut much account down for no reason at all it took us 5 months to get it paid up enough for them to leave my power on and none of it was my fault it was all on their part but still I had to pay almost $800.00 just to keep the lights on for my kids

It rediculous to have to pay 200 more dollars on ur bill cause aep say the weather is cooler.
