Rates extremely high I know for sure because I switch to gas did not help my bill any at all it increased.

Bills are to high for the people on fixed income and don't think we used that much power...something needs to be done about this people can't afford these bills ...thanks.

These extra charges on our power bills are not fare. Don't even know what half of them are supposed to be such as retirement ryde, environmental Ryder etc

There is no reason why my bill or anyone else's should have an additional $100 or more to their bill that has nothing to do with the electricity part. We have to stop this

They want us to pay 334.00 to connect our service because we had diconnect notice on a bill from where our house burnt, they kept our deposit we had to pay when we got our service started. KY power needs to stop this.

AEP reports record profits for the last fiscal year but still raises rates. My bill has doubled since this time last year and there's 2 less people living in my house and I'm never home!
