I had one unit down for 2 months and my bill raised almost $200. FOOLISH!! We used a plug in heater.

I cannot afford another rate increase. Most of us out here are struggling to make ends meet. I'm a single mother with three kids and I work full time for the state and still get food stamps and my checks don't get bigger. They have actually gotten smaller due to the medical insurance premiums increasing. The public cannot afford another increase.

I've had my heatpump turned off!!! And been using straight propane to heat my house to specifically to prevent this inflation cost....instead, my power goes up $100....SERIOUSLY????

Absolutely disgusting! My tiny apartment had an electric bill of $300 & we barely even use our heat or air!

I am a widow on a fixed income, my income does not adjust with my power bill, I have had a very hard time trying to pay!

Why am I paying for their employees retirement. Too many with holdings and rate is way out of line. Some of this AEP has control. Some is state regulators

School tax is tacked on to Knott county electric bills, the higher your bill the more school tax you have to pay. I don't think that is fair.

I'm on disability (stroke) . Half my money goes to electric & gas. Then you have rent. Auto insurance. Medical insurance. It sucks !
