I'm pretty sure they're charging us to pay for their employees retirement. There's a charge on the bill that says big sandy retirement.

My husband and I are tired of these high bills. We have to decide between keeping electricity or buying groceries. Juggling the bills are ridiculous. Paying for this power plant and all of the surcharges and taxes that have been added to our bills is just crazy!!

Please help the people of Eastern K. We are an area of people who are at poverty level. AEP is charging outrageous charges to its customers. The Public Service Commission has allow additional charges to be passed to the customers because the federal gov required them to change plants from coal to gas and we are paying for that plus an additional fee put on by the Obama administration called an environmental fee. Please help us. Investigate AEP bring new companies in for competition

Keep my thermostat on 65 (not comfortable) and use a propane heater when I'm home. My electric bill keeps increasing! Something has to be done!!

I haven't in the 5 years I've paid an electric bill paid $371.00!! We were gone for 5 whole days, literally used NO ELECTRIC!!! AEP has took complete advantage of their customers simply because they can!
