Sick of having to pay for imposed fee's to disassemble a power among othe fee's in Big Sandy area !! I work for a living & having trouble paying due to fee's & increase in rates! How do they expect our Senior & those on fixed incomes to pay these ridiculous fee's...guess they expect us to choose between heat or food on the table..

We have been struggling since my husband had got laid off from his job. But we always paid our bill...we was late this time & had the nerve to come & disconnect us for this time. Don't care how good of a customers we have been over the years...just worried about that all mighty dollar

Over $500 is ridiculous!! I never touch thermostat and to beat it all we weren't even home 8 days last month! Ridiculous

My electric was turned off even though I have a doctors note stating that I am on oxygen 24/7 they could care less they more or less just laughed in my face. They refused any type of payment plan I tried to get them to work with me & they knew there was no other place to get electric.

It's a shame when you electric bill is higher then your house payment .something has to be done .an it's not getting any better it's bad when you got 70 dollars in in overrides that has nothing to do with what elec you used ..
