Getting tied of high bills not right to put more on when we did nothing more did not have Christmas lights did not cook thanksgiving dinner went eat some where Alice so I know it ant that but that is what was said when I called in about it that is so bad people can't hardly afford to pay husband works 2 jobs and still can adored it to make it wish the prices go down IV not done no more than the last ty

Hope this works, Just don't understand their billing, last year when power was out five days they still charged me for what I would've used??????????That would be like a gas station charging me for gas I would've used and me being sick in bed for five days.

Ive paid deposits multiple times without disconnection or interruption in service i also pay $600 in winter when my bill is $100 in summer only difference is my furnace and we just had it replaced this year wirh no difference

Everyone in the topmost area has bills exceeding $300 many of us heat with gas and are seeing 3-$500 bills. There was over $110 added to my bill that doesn't pertain to my service.
