Lied to and taking my time of trying to see why my bill went from 523 kw to over 1300 kw and heat with gas and water heater is gas the lying pissed me off said a representative came out to look at it and they did not and asked when did they come and she said well we dont have that info and been hung up on 3 times.

AEP is absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. From having to pay a $900 deposit when i moved into my new residence because the previous Tennant's didn't pay their bill on time and had an outstanding balance left unpaid when they moved out. How the hell does the previous Tennant's balance have anything to do with me getting service and cause my deposit to sky rocket to $900... What the actual #@$&!!!!

My electric bill has gone up $60 in the last 2 months. I have lived at the same place for 7 years my bill has never been that high!

It's the fees and surcharges: they've set them up so that even if you get electric from another company, you still pay AEP - and those fees are ridiculous. I paid more in fees than for the electricity on my last bill!

This company sucks. There customer service is especially rude and disrespectful to its customers and NO ONE should have to put up with it ANYMORE!!!!!

I have paid AEP 1000 dollars from January-May. Now it's July and I owe them 800 dollars. So much for a budget.

Extremely high line usage rate and they have not replaced any power poles that were broken or are currently broken on my line there are at least three broken poles swinging in the Wind one of which has my Transformer on top of it broken one foot under the surface or less and will fall into brush and cause a fire when it falls over and will cause major damage to my property buildings in vehicles I have notified them at least four times they come out look say the pole definitely needs to be replaced soon and it never happens happens

we have paid over 1800 in past month on our electric they say we still owe 785 getting to point going to have to go with no electric dont know what to do anymore
