No electric heat at all went to propane and my bill is still over $200.! And of that $200. It's got almost $100. In taxes and fees! Ridiculous! STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

It is sad that they are getting away stealing people's money and that is what they are doing!!! Its sad that I have had people that live on fixed income that are either going to get their power cut off because her and her husband have to have medication and food! They can't afford a power bill that went from a little over 300 to $600!!! My dads went from 160 to 300 and he doesn't heat his house or water with it!!!

Not understanding why not only my bill but several more people I have heard why such a big spike in our electric bills even as we have had warm weather in these winter months and not even using our thermostats leaving them set on 68 or below!

My electric bill increased over two hundred extra dollars from the previous month. I called and talked to a woman from customer service and she tried to tell me it was because the temperature dropping lower than previous month... She is absolutely wrong. I have not used my heat any more this month than the last and actually not at all for several days because we have had many warm days that I've actually had to open my door to let the breeze in. AEP is robbing their customers! Shame on you AEP!
