my heatpump was messed up for over a month and i had to stay with my mom. so why is my power bill so high. this is so so wrong.

tired of all the taxes that we should not be charged for. some people cannot afford to even get food because they have to pay for their power bill. its so so sad.

Obama and the Serria club should pay for the closing and dismantling of the Big Sandy unit #2 plant they caused it and AEP should pay for the clean up of the fly ash pond, this was something that was going to be done sooner or later and I'm sure AEP had a plan for the clean up and this a was a easy way of getting out of paying for it. And for transferring assets to the Mitchell plant well that's was just another rate hike that slip threw the pages. Rates, fees, riders, taxes it's all the same we pay for it. And the 48 million 4 year clean up for the fly ash pond well somebody got rip off! WE DID THE AEP KY CUSTOMER

my son lives in Asland, ky. he had a charge on his bill that he was told by the people at AEP was for a unit NOT being used!

people should not have to choose between food,medicine or staying warm etc.coal kept the lights on ,now we have no coal jobs.this is not right.

So many cannot afford the cost of living as is with set and low incomes. Many business owners will be forced to close doors. I see many moving from the areas AEP serves. I suggest cutting out a few CEO jobs that are being payed millions annually and use their pay for the money needed and not from your customers who are paying for your over priced CEO's.

My electric bill is 342.43 we are hardly home and have plastic on the widows and my house is only 7 years old something is wrong

They have ripped me off every month. In the summer I turn off the main breaker and still get a big power bill !!!! Imagine that one ..........
