Moved into my new apartment my usage bill is only 36 dollars which is alright but they added a little over 20 dollars in taxes which almost equals my usage bill. I live off of low income and recc didn't have all these random taxes that I've never seen in my life

My bill was $240 for the usage only, total of bill was $332!!! Almost $100 extra in fees and adjustments

I feel like AEP has put a monopoly on this. Nobody pays my retirement but me so why should I pay theirs?

I understand it takes money to run a business and to supply the demand of what the customers are pulling. I do not think it is Right for the Them to just be able to change the rates. Our pay does not change so why should the rates change when we are barely scraping by as is.

These high bills is a joke! How do they think people are going to be able to pay for food, medications and other bills? Our was $550.00 for one month. We only have lights on this bill. Our heat and hot water is gas! We leave all lights off except for one lamp, and its only in the room we are in. Looks like our president needs to step in!!!!!

We should only pay for what we use - not paying the bills of the company for them. What are all of these rider fees? The price for the electricity has almost tripled since last year.

They have made me pay 450$ in ham and 568$ in feb and when I called both months if I wanted them to check and see why my bill was so high well it would be 75$ and hour. They're crooks!

AEP is strictly abusing its customers by hiking its rates for no reason. I am also going to contact the Federal Trade Commission because they have got to be stopped, this has got to be illegal.
