They know there's competition and people have to pay it, so they continue to keep these rates ridiculously high!!! I'm slowly converting everything to gas. Not giving this greedy corp no more than I have to!

Absolutely out of control my powerbill went from 250 monthly too 500 dollars in just one month and it's ridiculous. They have been screwing everyone and I hope justice gets served to them. I called them about mine and they found every excuse they could tell me as to why my bill was so much and I called Bs.

With the additions of all their riders and fees my bill went from $306 to $423...this is beyond OUT OF CONTROL!!!!

Bills are to high to pay even though we have gas heat and cook with gas also has not changed or helped in anyway actually its higher and know we do not use that much plus it's outrageous to try make people but them a power plant that we have to pay for our service to I'll help stop this if possible by trying to put lawsuit in

I defiantly agree they don't even give you a chance to pay your bill. I have a 7 month old and because they wouldn't wait 2 days they came and cut my power off. They don't care they are heartless people.
