We the people can't live and pay outrageous electric bills like this. I heat with gas and my bill was close to 400.00.

People can not afford to pay high power bills when they are on a fixed income or budget its hard enough to keep food and other necessary things without having this burden added.

It's too high for a single parent , it's enough to pay other bills and rent for some I know but all goes into just having electricity

AEP is robbing people, there is no way that I use between 350.00 and 500.00 or more every month of the year, not just winter months!

My bill is $583....the temperatures have been very mild for this time of year....still don't understand or agree with the Big Sandy Rider and other fees recently tacked on to our bills either. Something needs to be done with this monopoly. The people do not have a choice in my area.

my family struggles with this. one month when they barely use things they are charged outrageous amounts, the next its still bad. people have enuf to deal with without having to deal with being ripped off by a company that promises heat and electric.

I only use light switches and my TV...yet my bill runs at least $130!? Should be less than that. Plus EVERYONE I know has said that their power bill has ran up to $100+ more than it EVER has. PLEASE, if you're looking to take money from people, do NOT take from the poor! Yes, POOR!! We are a POOR state. Go to cali or Florida if you want money THAT bad! Geez.

Never had service disconnected, but was forced to pay a deposit my family couldn't afford in hard times. We can't even pay the monthly bill, much less the deposit, too. Shame on AEP!

I just got a bill for 525.46 yes 525.00 ,half my mortgage payment.one family on one income with no aid ,not for long we will loose our home or keep help .our bills are always high .it takes food off our table because we know we have to pay the bill.they added a fee to mine to pay one year 333.00 nothing like kicking you when down .please ,help
