These prices every month are outrageous ! No one can afford this!! I know people with kids that can't afford to buy food all bc they have 500,600 or 700$ electric bills!!

Yes I was late a few times and got charged a $500 deductible they put on my bill in monthly installments and I barely could afford to pay the bill

This is the biggest crock of poo I ever seen. They are gouging the people to deepen their own pockets. Everyone should go together and sue AEP for there gross over charges.

I completely agree. They are a monopoly that needs stopped and force to lower there prices. For example the electric company in Knoxville TN charges a quarter when AEP does and has to meet the same standards. Something needs done.

We do everything we can to cut our electricity use. Doesn't ever seem to matter. So sad.
