My bill more than doubled for one month and I wasn't even here using power. Work out of state . Gone for weeks at a time. Sick of this.

I guess since they were denied a rate increase they are tacking on extra fees to make more money . Have used my heat less this year but my bill is over a $100 more compared to this time last year.

Charged over $100 this month in gauged taxes and fee's.
That's over $100, on top of my already outrageous monthly bill.

I swear they harrass me.....seriously, i get a termination notice EVERY SINGLE MONTH, and pay my bill monthly. Something is definitely wrong and i have seen saying this for the past year...because thats how long its been going on. For the past year the only bill i have recieved monthly from AEP is termination notice. Swear my hand
