The extra charges are ridiculous. We have a vacant 2 bedroom house that heat pump is turned down to minimum to prevent pipes from busting and the rate was $180 then they added on $60 of fees.

I agree with there high rates. Life long customers should not have such high bills. Even to get electric turned on its expensive. A family shouldn't have to choose between food for there family and heat to stay warm. As much as people already pay them. We should have enough to take up stock and earn money off of them.

I was charged this deposit. The account was never disconnected but I was told that due to my payment being late it was added. I am on the September level payment plan.

I am a widow living by her self and on a very limited income.Doing my best to stay afloat but why in this world did the bills take such a great increase?Would really like to know why?????
