It's ridiculous that you have to choose to pay electric bill, which is outrageous, or food or meds, I don't understand how you can use (example) $90.00 in electric and time they add this and that you pay $175.00, why are we paying for big sandy retiree, I work I pay in my own retirement why is this happening, it's crazy, need to do something NOW!!!

I have lived in Versailles, just 1.5 hours from here. It's just as cold, or colder there being farther north. Electric bills were never this much, and that often includes the cost of gas; both bills combined were usually cheaper. This isn't okay.

AEP needs to be stopped! They have a monopoly on this service & we are left with no other choice. Bills are ranging from 600 - 800 monthly! Low income & elderly are held hostage by this company & it needs to end!
