They're taking adavantahe of people and it's not right. People work for that money that AEP is robbing them of and making it hard on families and elderly people on fixed incomes. Vengeance is mine thus saith the Lord

AEP has been doing this bull**** for years! I am no longer a WV resident, but when I was, they sent me a disconnect notice (as I expected) and all I owed them was $53.00. I called AEP, notified them I would be moving soon and that I would like to end my service once I pay them the $53.00. A YEAR later, they still haven't disconnected it AND have the nerve to say I now owe them $500➕!! F*** AEP. They've been overcharging my mom fot several years as well, especially during this so called winter "budget". Budget my a**! AEP should be ashamed of themselves!
