They have forced us to pay ridiculous bills without any government subsidation, for far too long. My electric bill is higher than my mortgage, and they run a monopoly to the point I can't do anything about this travesty.

Someone needs to get this under control. My boyfriends bill went from 98$ in a month to 398$ then the following month is 427$ and mine is 87$ and I have barely been home to use it. They are doing estimating more than actually reading the meters and then the readings they say are doing are different than the bills they are making up prices basically and it's ridiculous

My parents have 7 accounts with AEP and they pay around $1100 a month for accounts. 2 are street lights.

I work really hard I can't afford my bill so high. We have cut as much as possible to keep costs down. If I could afford it I would do solar and in the future will keep it in mind!

Not right to pay their pension fund and got tearing down plants, people on fixed incomes cannot afford these higher rates they are charging

I know I don't use that much electricity with all the energy saving products I have plus the lights we keep turned off plus heating with wood and propane. We are being robbed!

My electric bill was 748.00 this pass month and we burned a wood stove. Didn't even put up a Christmas tree or lights!!!!!!!
