Power bills are way to high it's a shame some people have to pick between paying there power bills and buying groceries!!!

My electric is always high an I don't know why!!!!!!!!
AEP is always raising there percentages for rate hikes an there is no sense in abusing there customers!

my bill has gone up so much and i did not use my lights like i use to set in the dark alot and did not use my stove to try and save and when i called they said it was because it was colder really guess what i have not used my heat like i should trying to save

This is not right especially with all the people losing the jobs in the mines and all the other people out of work right now!! You think that they would be trying to help the customers somehow, instead of just going and disconnect service especially people with small kids and elderly in the home and it being the middle of winter!!!!

AEP is out of control , they aren't reading meters I've not even used my air nor my heat and my bill was still almost 300$ and I'm never home this is ridiculous

There is no way my bill should be so high. I just run my electric heat 3 hours a day. You have to be charging per sq ft.

AEP is out of control in WV as well. I believe their price increases and customer gouging is related to the monopoly they hold on electric services!
