Absolutely too high. Always raise the rates everything something happens says they don't have enough money. What about us.

The price increase has ultimately doubled the cost of my monthly bill.. I think that it is unjustified to price gouge knowing that this is the only source of energy in our local communities..!!!

My mom's power bills is over 200 a month she's 70 yrs old on fixed. Income and has choose over meds or power is ridiculous

They have no competition so they charge what they want!!! And we cant do anything about it!!! They dont read the bills correctly they estimate it so they can make money!!!

AEP is ridiculous!!! They were going to disconnect me in 18 degree weather!! Just because I couldn't come up with 30 extra dollars, even though I had the rest of my 336$ light bill. I have a 3 year old. Come on, no one can afford the crazy bills AEP sends out.

My last power bill went up 150 bucks in one month I believe they go by old power bills to bill ppl just an opinion not fact...

They turn off power due to last tendent power bill. Which is not the new person who moves into a rental home to pay the last persons bill who lived there.
I am not going to pay 700.00 to aep that is cuzy
