We have gas in our home. I understand summer bills be high because of air conditioning. My bill has tripled in the last couple of years.

One month my payment was right at $100 the next? $350!! With using the same amount of power, heaters actually turned DOWN. Inexcusable

Enough is enough, the bill didn't raise until after their employees started calculating the meters themselves, wasn't like that when we the customers were reading the meters!!

We are on the budget plan fro AEP. Pure plan runs approx. $258 per month. Our bill this month was $606 with a very mild December for our area.

It's time to stop the overcharging. Our bill doubled in the course of 2 months time and that's when we really didn't use our heat due to the warm days we've had thru the months of December and January. It's out of control and this needs to stop. on our bill it shows that $70 in charges were made for taxes I have no clue what they mean.

This is ridiculous!! We are outraged over the abusive behavior of raising and overcharging of our electric bills!! People in Southeast Kentucky are struggling with the loss of jobs and are having a hard enough time trying to make ends meet without having to worry about keeping the lights on,heat, hot water, and food cold to keep from ruining for their family members. You shouldn't kick a person when they're down but offer a hand to pick them up!!!

My electric bill went aky rocket and sadly they are no other electroc company for my area. Sick of these high bills when I have a family to support and feed along with my other bills. This needs to be reviewed and the issue needs to be fixed!!!!!

I have the original proposal, sent to me by a nice person in Frankfort. I haven't read all of it because I got so disgusted at our own state officials that they would let the PSC, public service commission make such an decision for such greed.
