Appalachian Power charged my dad $300 this month, and my pervious bill was $35 dollars more than what it would should be. i also have several others tell me they have gotten charged even twice the amount my dad got billed for. they need to realize that not everyone has that kind of money and that a lot of people struggle enough as it is.

They are rip offs charge way to much and instead of your daily use of power being set at one certain rate like every other bill it's different each month....they are liars and take advantage of people this should not be allowed and something should be done about this...they should have to base power usage on a daily price usage and it stick..it bouncing back and forth just shows how much of a rip off AEP really is

Well would live to have our power bill lowered a lot because it either go hungry get our meds or pay a big power bill and we have to have all of these

All these extra riders and adjustments are crazy and needs to be stopped. AEP needs to just stick to the basics and charge for the electricity we use!

i agree, mine went from 150 to 619 in ome month
