AEP is out of control. They are destroying people. It's hard enough to pay your bills but this is ridiculous.

There's no way we can keep paying this outrageous amount each month!! Something can be done!! Seems to me that every time LKLP starts giving out coal and assistance, we pay for it with all these ridiculous increases!!!

When you live on a fixed income and have to pay ridiculous fees that doesn't include anything to benefit or help your household..what do you do? We didn't ask for this to happen. STOP sending us bills for it. My last bill, just the fees alone was close to $100!! This is uncalled for!!

The last three months my Jill has increased so much I have had to decide whether or not to have electricity, water, and most importantly good for my four children! AEP has not once been able to explain the raises they have applied and tell me to either pay it or do without! Please help us as I know there are too many questioning and nobody answering!!!!

I know I didn't use that much power for my bill to be as high as it was people on fixed incomes have to choose between electricity and food that is a disgrace

If you ask me AEP should think about the customers who are on a fixed income. Not only that the outages last way to long and cost people alot more,but do you think we get credit for that NO.
