It's just really ridiculous. They need closed down, or at least some rivalry so the people have options.

It's crazy how my power bill can go from 150.00 one month to 350.00 the next and I wasn't even home as much as the month before!

Mine has tripled and called the co, no help. Keep adding things that does not pertain to the useage of electric that were used. also have added all applicances plus heat pump that were to be effeciency and now the bill is three times what it has ever been. I think we are being handed unjust fees and being robbed without a gun. Also we are on SS which is a fixed income having a raise of about 5 cents in 8 years...tell me !!!!!!!

Absolutely out of control,when I lived in WV my bill would be between $800 to $1300 a month...they would say either pay it or sit in the dark

The people will be subject to this nonsensical gouging no longer. We will bring competition to the area, however long it takes. Your brand and bottom line alike will be tarnished as a result.

My family isn't even home much due to work and school but some how we use more and more energy every month even when back in July we didn't even have power for several days and my bill was still higher than the month before! It's pathetic when you are working more than 40+ hours a week and still have to choose between paying your electric bill or feeding your family decent food.

Our bill went up 175.00. No changes in useage at all. Our thermostat is always on 67. When we called aep all they wanted to talk about was a year ago. Problem was not a year ago. It is now
