This is absolutely ridiculous that my electric bill has literally almost doubled and it hasn't even been really cold yet. Something has to change..no one can afford to pay these high electric bills and even if you could you won't be able to afford much else afterwards.

Please remove the additional charges, I had 120.00 in extra charges, not actual electricity. I can barely make the budget payment.

They have been over charging me for months on power i never used and when there supposed to give me a budgetplan to help me they charge me hundreds for it and every bill i have increasing deposits and my power hasnt been cut off i have three children which we take care of and its a discrace to me to see them act this way

I can not believe what you PEOPLE ARE DOING TO MY FAMILY! We have been under fire from you since November, 3 shut off notices in under 30 days with an outrageous bill over $800!! I have a 4 year old child and pets that will suffer greatly if I get disconnected!! There is NO REASON I should have such a high bill!!! I hope you get what you deserve! Greedy, mean bunch of jerks!!!

Our bill is $250-$500 we don't have washer & dryer or a dishwasher we turn lights off when we aren't using we have blocked off 1/2 of our air vents and weather proofed everything we have a very limited income and we have 4 children 2 of them have physical and mental disabilities our bill goes up every month and we get no explanations

I live on a limited income & having to pay over $500 electric bills is a real struggle for me. Plus noticing all the extra fees for the removal of the plant near Louisa, I feel like this should "NOT" be at my expense!!!
