We struggle to pay our pills as it is now you all are trying to do this to people what do you all think of old people or people who is on fixed income

Rates are so high and it seems to be hitting the low income people the worst , I live in chapter 8 housing , I take care of my autistic son , my elec bill was almost 400 dollars this month and it hasn't even been that cold , barely ever turn my thermostat above 71 even when it is

People can't afford their bills and AEP will cut you off, in the dead of winter. They're making enough money. But their CEOs and making bank. They ought to switch places and see what it's like to worry about keeping your family warm and how to not starve.

My electric bill is $780 this month! We cannot afford to live!!!! Trees are on lines, power outages every time we get a heavy rain or snow.

It's ubsurd how a power company can raise prices. The elderly can't afford this one fixed income. The low income have to skip buying groceries. Pathetic, just pathetic

I just paid almost 500 on my power on the first of the month and now they are saying my bill is over 600. how did I use that much power in a month?

They charge you whatever they want to. I have all new appliances and my bill for December was almost $250.00. I have a 9 room house with gas heat, everytime I call to question the bill they say it's my heat. RIDICULOUS!!!

I had a $503.00 for Dec 2016 that took all of my husbands payday. Now were paying for the remodel of the plant in Lawrence Co Ky.. they were gonna cut my electric off if not paid and no arrangements would be made like they normally had.

They even overcharge ppl on fixed income and do not really want to do payment plans unless it's agreed to pay atleast $200 a month

My electric bill is $480, it's not even been that cold to use that much heat. AEP is charging people whatever they want, they know people have to have electric this is ridiculous!!!
