I agree I have a trailer no one lives in and they say I use 165 kw 1 mount and the next I use 35kw and yet the same amount of power has been used for the last 4 years only 1 light and a refrigerator

If employers want to pay into their employees retirement, that's good but don't charge customers for it!! Companies also should keep their on work stations up. My electric bill is outrageous! !!!

My power bill went up almost 100 dollars this month. I never keep my heat or air higher than 67 and have lived at the same place for 5 years and have never recieved a bill as high as my this month and last months bill.

the electric bills are way outta hand the people are being over charged .People on fixed incomes can not afford all of these taxes and charges that AEP applies to their bills..I think its nonsense the way they are doing the customers and it needs to be stopped.
