I've had no problems recently with aep but in past I have had high bills,deposits ect.

We are a 1 income family and i can 100% say our aep is outrageous and is by far the highest bill we have. Definitely being charged too much.

My bill is as ridiculous this month! It's only been higher one other time and that was a really cold month with a lot of snow. There's no way my bill could have been this much as warm as the weather has been.

I think it ridiculous to have an electric bill go from 200 something one month and jump to 450 and 521 the next 2 months. I have barely had any heat on bc it had been so warm so u explain to me why my electric bill has gotten so outrageous.

Bill gets higher every month know matter what my thermostat is set on ..It's dad that I gotta choose to pay the electric bill or buy groceries for my family.

Use to be on monthly plan now they call it a sliding scale monthly budget. My household has myself and husband. We use less than $100 worth of juice a month but we still pay between $145- $167 dollars a month for electricity. Where does the remainder go? Would love to know. Makes me so angry

Mine is so high I'm gonna have to borrow money in order to pay. Also I wasn't even home half of the month of December and when I was I was very cautious of using any electricity. And certainly didn't splurge with Christmas lights like I use too. I'm keeping tabs on my meter base and I'm gonna see if theirs corresponds with mine the day they are suppose to read the meters instead of sitting in their offices and guessing at it. Pray that we get something done about this situation.
